Multiple circumscribed masses with similar smooth contour and density involving both the left and right breast.
Case Discussion
The presence of 3 or more circumscribed masses involving BOTH breasts is highly associated with benignity, provided all masses are similar in appearance with no suspicious features. The appearance in this case most likely represents multiple breast cysts.
Mammogram was cleared at screening without further workup. Subsequent mammographic rounds confirmed unchanged appearance.
