CTPA performed to exclude PE

Multiple thin-walled, cystic mass lesions (HU = ~12) of variable size involving the lungs and mediastinum.

Case Discussion

Known history of colorectal cancer (treated). Cystic lung metastases are rare but usually associated with colorectal cancer.
