Radiography of the pelvis and lower extremities shows expansile lytic lesions in both iliac crests, distal and proximal femoral metaphysis and left tibia - fibula metaphysis.

Case Discussion

Multiple enchondromatosis which is also known as Ollier disease, is a benign cartilaginous tumour affecting the growth plates of bones. It typically involves the short bones of the hands or feet and may also seen at the long bones, flat bones and pelvis.
