Multiple facial fractures

Stroke with a stick in the right facial region

Patient Data

Age: 25
Gender: Male

Computed tomography demonstrated multiple fractures on the right side of the face.  There are fractures in the zygomatic  afecting the zygomaticotemporal and frontozygomatic region. Fracture of lateral wall of the right maxillary sinus, with herniation of facial fat into the sinus.Palatine bone fracture. Also sub-condylar  and body  fracture of the mandibule  is observed. Marked volume increase of the adjacent soft tissue, and small amount of subcutaneous emphysema
