Multiple falcine meningiomas

- Three falcine hyperenhancing extra-axial masses (largest diameters 35, 25, and 8 mm) showing moderate diffusion restriction. The one adjacent to the vertex shows susceptibility artifacts on SWI indicating calcification and invading the adjacent segment of the superior sagittal sinus well-visualized on post contrast coronal sequence.
- Other: bilateral fluid buildup in the mastoid air cells, mucosal thickening of the left maxillary sinus, frontal hyperostosis.
Case Discussion
The lesions are virtually pathognomonic for meningiomas and were stable on follow-up exams.
