Case Discussion

This patient presented with upper dysphagia and hoarseness. On double contrast barium meal, there were multiple oval and round filling defects, most of them <10mm in the stomach involving the fundus, body, and pylorus. The findings were confirmed on endoscopy.

Gastric polyps are often detected incidentally on upper GI endoscopy and are mostly asymptomatic. Rarely do some polyps have malignant potential.
