Well marginated round focal lesions in liver (segment VI and VII), with solid areas of contrast enhancement, and cystic necrotic areas within.
Case Discussion
Provisional diagnosis: Hepatic adenomas
Differential diagnosis: Multifocal hepatocellular carcinoma, although the lack of background hepatic cirrhosis makes this less likely.
Final diagnosis : Hepatic adenomas was proven histopathologically after surgery.
