Multiple hepatic hydatid cysts

Multiple cysts with enhancing thick walls and internal septations & curvilinear hyper attenuating structures are seen at liver parenchyma. Some of them show incomplete peripheral calcification.
A 20×16mm well-defined mass is noted at left kidney which enhances less than surrounding parenchyma of post contrast images. The mean attenuation value on non-contrast and PVP delayed post contrast images, measured about 45HU , 110HU and 94HU , respectively . No local invasion or regional lymphadenopathy are seen.
A little amount free fluid is present at posterior cul-de-sac.
