Osteochondromas arising from the growth plates towards the diaphysis causing bone deformities. The findings are consistent with Multiple Hereditary Exostoses.
There are also shortening of 3rd, 4th and 5th metacarpals, and Madelung deformity.

Multiple hereditary exostosis (a.k.a. osteochondromatosis or diaphyseal aclasis) is a disorder characterized by benign tumors formed in the cartilage of the metaphyses causing bones deformities.
