Multiple large uterine leiomyomata

The uterus is markedly enlarged with a lobulated outline. It shows multiple lesions with isointense T1 and hypointense T2 with central degeneration/necrosis. These lesions show heterogenous post-contrast enhancement.
A left ovarian cystic lesion is seen. it shows high T1 and T2 signal with no signal drop out on fat suppression sequence.
