Presentation

Patient with a history of multiple cranial surgeries due to an autosomal dominant phakomatosis.

Case Discussion

This patient has been submitted to multiple surgeries along his life, the last one removed partially and confirmed the diagnosis of the right trigeminal schwannoma

Neurofibromatosis type 2 patients are known to present with multiple meningiomas, acoustic schwannomas and intraspinal-intramedullary ependymoma.
