MRI selected images demonstrating multiple meningiomas along the falx, bilateral acoustic schwannomas and large right trigeminal schwannoma.
Case Discussion
This patient has been submitted to multiple surgeries along his life, the last one removed partially and confirmed the diagnosis of the right trigeminal schwannoma.
Neurofibromatosis type 2 patients are known to present with multiple meningiomas, acoustic schwannomas and intraspinal-intramedullary ependymoma.
