Presentation

A known case of multiple myeloma presented with chronic body pain.

Patient Data

Age: 90 years
Gender: Male

Skull Radiographs

x-ray

Multiple well defined 'punched out' rounded lytic bone lesions are seen involving skull vault, well appreciated on the lateral view. Lesions give a rain-drop appearance to the skull.

Shoulder Radiographs

x-ray

Multiple lytic lesions noted in bilateral humeral shafts. Tiny cystic lesions with surrounding sclerosis noted in head of right humerus. Suspicious lytic lesion also noted in right scapula.

Hip Radiograph

x-ray

Suspicious tiny lytic lesions noted in proximal shaft region of right femur.
