Case Discussion

Multiple myeloma can be evident on radiographs with multiple focal lucencies, detected during part of a skeletal survey, with some institutions using MRI to aid in diagnosis and staging 1Plasmacytoma often presents in younger patients as a solitary focus, which can be expanded in more advanced cases.
