Contrast-enhanced CT scan demonstrating a well-defined, rounded, avidly enhancing extraconal mass lesion in the superolateral quadrant of left orbit. There is mild proptosis. Bone window demonstrates multiple calvarial lytic lesions.
Case Discussion
Bone pain 2 years ago, with a final diagnosis of multiple myeloma confirmed by bone marrow aspiration. Now presented with orbital multiple myeloma.
