Extensive lytic involvement of the diploe of the calvarium and skull base structures, without cortical compromise or associated soft tissue masses.
Case Discussion
Findings consistent with a clinical history of multiple myeloma, which had been confirmed on serology. This sign is known as raindrop skull.
