Decrease vertebral body heights of T12, L1 and L4. Anterior wedging of the T12 and L1 bodies resulting in kyphosis of the spine.

There are widespread lytic lesions throughout the pelvic and right humerus.
Case Discussion
This patient had underlying myeloma which resulted in him sustaining the wedge fracture of the lumbar spine upon falling. His anterior wedge fracture resulted in a 75% loss of anterior vertebral body height and thus a significant kyphotic deformity.
