Multiple 'punchedpunched out' lytic lesions are best seen in the skull vault (known as a pepperpot skull). The entire skeleton is osteopenic, with multiple crush fractures. Vasccath inVascath(central venous catheter) in situ and bilateral pulmonary opacities and pleural effusions.
