Presentation

Flank pain and hematuria.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Male

Both kidneys contain multiple predominantly fat density masses. The largest one measured 65×55mm loculated at upper pole of left kidney. 

Case Discussion

Bilateral renal angiomyolipomas; tuberous sclerosis is probable background pathology.
