Left thoracic soft tissue mass is seen projecting over the left lung mid zone.

Multiple solid fusiform masses along the distribution of nerves infiltrating throughout the celiac region, hepatic hilum & into the liver parenchyma. They are seen showing homogeneous low attenuation.
Other similar masses are seen at posterior mediastinal lower para-esophageal & left upper chest wall fuorth intercostal space.
Case Discussion
A histologically proven case of abdominal nerve sheath tumors (schwannoma). The biopsy was obtained from the epigastric mass.
