Bilateral frontal and parietal hypodense white matter lesions.



Bilateral frontal and parietal white matter lesions, aligned perpendicular to lateral ventricles. Large lesion is seen involving the left brachium pontis. The left frontal and left brachium pontis lesions show diffusion restriction, reflecting active plaques.
