20 years old female complaining from field defect of vision in the right eye since 10 days ago, with numbness in her upper limbs

Multiple T2 and FLAIR high-intensity areas are seen involving the peri-ventricular white matter with a mild involvement of the sub-cortical white matter. They seem to be perpendicularly aligned along the longitudinal axis of the ventricles. Involvement of the corpus callosum, as well as the callosal-septal interface, also noted.
Case Discussion
Described patches is suggestive of demyelinating patches of multiple sclerosis.
