Multiple ureterolithiasis

Two calculi up to 9 mm in the left side ureter distal segment extended within UVJ and another calculus up to 8 mm in the left side ureter middle segment distal part and pronounced hydroureteronephrosis upstream and delayed pyelogram is seen. A simple cyst up to 15 mm in the right kidney is seen.
Case Discussion
The case illustrates multiple ureterolithiasis and pronounced hydroureteronephrosis upstream. Multiple and recurrent ureterolithiasis by providing hydronephrosis and increased intrarenal pressure can lead to chronic renal disease otherwise be carefully managed and followed.
