Chest
- right 1st-9th rib fractures with a flail segment between the 2-8th ribs. Small right hemopneumothorax
- multiple right pulmonary contusions
- non-displaced left 1st chondral cartilage fracture
- non-displaced sternal body fracture
Abdomen
- grade 5 liver laceration extending around the right hepatic vein. No active contrast extravasation
- large volume hemoperitoneum
