30 / M. Bilateral leg focal swellings - 8 yrs. Pain for last few wks.

Case Discussion

There is presence of facial defect at the site of each swelling of right lower leg; through which herniation of tibialis anterior muscle noted. Three defects are noted in right leg; largest measuring 15 mm. Vessel entry is noted in one of them.

Similar three defects are noted in left leg; showing tibialis anterior muscle herniation.
