Presentation

Left ear pain and discharge 35 years after mastoidectomy.

Patient Data

Age: 65
Gender: Male

Fungus balls with air inclusions in the external auditory canal and a large post-operative cavity in the mastoid. Bony defect of the lateral sigmoid sinus wall.
