Bilateral perihilar interstitial infiltrates. Dense medial opacity in the right upper zone causing thickening of the right paratracheal stripe representing atelectasis in the right upper lobe.
Case Discussion
Blood tests showed an elevated WBC count with neutrophilia and mildly elevated CRP. IgM positive for Mycoplasma pneumoniae on serology panel.
