PET-CT confirming multiple skin lesions which are metabolically active consistent with recurrence of mycosis fungoides.
Case Discussion
The patient was referred back to oncology for further management.
It is helpful to do a whole-body PET like a melanoma protocol as it is a skin neoplasm. As in this patient, in the USA, this condition more frequently affects male African Americans.
