2nd gravida for anomaly scan.
Patient Data
Age: 23 yrs
There is dilatation of bilateral lateral cerebral ventricles.
There is the presence of lemon shaped skull and banana shaped cerebellum.
Spina bifida is seen involving lower dorsal and lumbar region involving more than 6 - 7 vertebre. Spinal cord / cauda equina is attached to posterior soft tissue at the level of spina bifida.
There is normal amount of liquor.
