Left distal, medial thigh lump for 3 months.

Large soft tissue swelling over the distal posteromedial thigh. No underlying osseous change.

Well-defined ovoid lesion is seen in the region of interest. Size: 7 x 7 x 5 cm.
Location: Fascia covers lesion. Sartorius muscle is displaced by the lesion. Muscle is possibly involved. The lesion is separate and away from the bone and away from superficial femoral vessels.
Morphology: Well-defined lesion. Predominantly solid. A tiny central calcification - 2 - 3 mm. Tiny cystic spaces are noted in center.
Doppler: Arterial, as well as venous flow, noted. Flow in peripheral areas and central solid areas.
