Presentation

History of trauma about two months ago.

Age: 15 years
Gender: Male

There are soft tissue ossifications at the posterior aspect of the bilateral hip joints, inferring myositis ossificans. 

Ring artifact is evident. 

Case Discussion

Myositis ossificans is the most common form of heterotopic ossification. Most cases occur due to trauma.
