Presentation

Injury to right thigh about 2 months ago.

Patient Data

Age: 20
Gender: Male
x-ray

Area of dense radio-opacity appearing like a 'sheath' noted on the right side adjacent to the femur.

It appears denser than bone with irregular margins and is seen to form along the long axis (parallel) to bone.
