Right ear conductive hearing loss, with previous history of right otomastoiditis.

Intact ossicular chain, with no erosions.

Well aerated middle ear cavity and mastoid air cells. 

Case Discussion

Myringosclerosis refers to only calcifications within the tympanic membrane.
