Myxopapillary ependymoma

There is an 11 x 18 x 57 mm well-defined, longitudinally oriented intradural extramedullary spinal lesion at D11-L1 levels displacing the cord anteriorly
The lesion displayed isointense on T1, heterogenous hyperintense on T2 weighted images, and shows vivid heterogenous enhancement on post-contrast images
No internal hemorrhage
No suspicious marrow signal abnormality.
Case Discussion
Regarding the MRI findings, myxopapillary ependymoma is the most likely diagnosis with a differential diagnosis of schwannoma or paraganglioma.
