CT demonstrates multiple well-circumscribed cystic lesions within the cervix, highly suggestive of nabothian cysts.
Case Discussion
Nabothian cysts are usually incidental finding of cysts within cervical wall, often thought to be related to chronic cervicitis. Differential diagnosis is cystic cervicitis, tunnel cluster, and adenoma malignum.
