Single linear metallic foreign body projected in the left lower zone. Hazy airspace opacification in the left lower zone partially obscuring the cardiac apex of the left heart border. No evidence of pneumothorax or pleural fluid.

Single metallic nail in the lingula of the left upper lobe. No pneumothorax or hemothorax.
Case Discussion
The patient was completely stable throughout the admission and was treated conservatively.
