Nasal bone

x-ray

Fracture of the tip of the right nasal bone is seen.

Depressed fracture of the tip of the left nasal bone with 13 mm depression also is seen.

Case Discussion

The superoinferior or axial view of the nasal bones can determine the side of the nasal bone fractures separately unlike the lateral views that the nasal bones are overlapping together and the diagnosis of the right or left nasal bones fractures is difficult.
