Fracture of the tip of the nasal bone with 1 mm depression.
Nasal bone fractures are the most common facial fracture. A good physical examination is essential in assessing the nasal bone fractures. The lateral view demonstrates old and new fractures. Nasal septum deviation and arch can be viewed in Waters (occipitomental) view. CT scan without contrast is used when concurrent facial trauma is suspected.
