A well defined small size mass lesion involving the left inferior nasal turbinate. It returns bright signal on T1, low signal on T2 with moderate enhancement after contrast administration. No other lesions could be detected.
Case Discussion
The patient underwent left inferior and middle turbinectomy and histopathology revealed mucosal melanoma.
