Displaced fracture in both sides of nasal wall bones with soft tissue swelling is seen.

Case Discussion

The nasal wall from posterior to anterior consists of lacrimal bone, frontal process of the maxilla, and nasal bone, and in this case frontal process of the maxilla and nasal bone are fractured on both sides. In any case of nasal wall fractures, the medial wall of the orbit and optic canals must be precisely evaluated. One of the major complications of nasal wall fractures is nasolacrimal duct obstruction (NLDO).
