There is a left nasal cavity mass with both CSF and herniated frontal lobe parenchyma within the mass with intracranial extension and bony defect of cribriform plate.
Case Discussion
Nasoethmoidal encephalocele is a rare entity and should be differentiated from other nasal masses. CT well delineates the bony defect and MRI shows intracranial extension and contents.
