X-ray showing a nasogastric tube looped into the stomach and with its extremity located in the distal esophagus. there is also a diffuse gastric distension by gas. 

Nasogastric tube has looped into the stomach and its tip is located in the distal esophagus.

Repositioning of the nasogastric tube is required before it is ready for use.
