Nasogastric tube in right lower lobe bronchus

Diagnosis certain

Malplaced weighted enteric tube (NJ tube).  The tip of the tube had entered the trachea, then the right main bronchus and then with continued advancement buckled into the left main bronchus.

Better position of the NJ tube (in that it's below the diaphragm). Note the difference in the position of the distal hole and the tip of the weight.
