The nasogastric tube passes through the midline of the thorax and diaphragm and the tip is below the diaphragm. In satisfactory position for use.
Case Discussion
This case demonstrates good positioning of the nasogastric tube. Although there is slight deviation in the chest around the aorta, the tube continues down the midline and the tip is well under the diaphragm.
