This radiograph shows a nasogastric tube that if retracted slightly could be suitable for feeding. Also likely basal pneumonia.
Case Discussion
This patient has a NG tube that will be safe for feeding. If retracted slightly, will definitely be in the stomach rather than antrum/?duodenal. Developing pneumonia which in this case is probably caused by aspiration.
