Well-demarcated rounded small cystic mass at the right nasal alar region of homogeneous content with cortical scalloping of the adjacent maxilla.

Case Discussion

CT features of a nasolabial cyst, also called nasoalveolar cyst or Klestadt's cyst which is considered a rare non-odontogenic soft-tissue developmental cyst occurring inferior to the nasal alar region.
