There is a 20×18mm well-demarcated, homogenous, low density lesion at the right side of nasolabial region near the nasal ala which causes adjacent scalloping and bone remodeling, consistent with nasolabial cyst.
Mucosal thickening is seen at both maxillary sinuses. Mild mucosal thickening is also present at some ethmoidal air cells consistent with sinusitis.
Pneumatization of both middle turbinates (concha bullosa) is present.

Case Discussion

Features are consistent with nasolabial cyst (also known as nasoalveolar cyst or Klestadt`s cyst) which is a rare non-odontogenic, soft-tissue, developmental cyst occurring inferior to the nasal alar region.
