CT of the orbits shows a well defined low density lesion in the region of the left nasolacrimal duct with peripheral enhancement in keeping with a nasolacrimal dacrocystocele.
Case Discussion
Nasolacrimal dacrocystocele, most are congenital. Acquired dacrocystoceles are rare.
