9 month history of progressive worsening facial pain with right sided numbness, noted to have fullness in the right nasopharynx.

This patient went on to have a right nasopharyngeal biopsy which confirmed the diagnosis of Nasopharyngeal carcinoma, nonkeratinizing type.

This case reminds us to think of 'below base of skull' pathology when dealing with what appears to be a skull or intracranial process.
