9 month history of progressive worsening facial pain with right sided numbness, noted to have fullness in the right nasopharynx.

This patient went on to have a right nasopharyngeal biopsy which confirmed the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, non-keratinizing type.

This case reminds us to think of 'below base of skull' pathology when dealing with what appears to be a skull or intracranial process.
