Longitudinal fracture through the navicular lateral part, which is mildly distracted but not displaced.
Type III accessory navicular with a transverse fracture.
Alignment within normal limits.

Non displaced longitudinal fracture of the navicular bone along its lateral part with subjacent marrow edema/bruise.
Transverse fracture through the accessory navicular; type III with subjacent marrow edema/bruise.
Bone marrow edema/bruise along with talus.
